Grief can manifest itself in many different ways, it could be the loss of something specific or can come from inside for unknown reasons. It is easy to identify when it comes from the loss of a person, pet, job, or something special, but when there is no known cause it can be challenging to overcome and can often slide into depression. Ingredance; Hawthorn Berry, Chamomille flower, linden flower, licorice root, Distilled water, and vegetable glycerine.
Hawthorn Berry- Hawthorn is often called “the heart herb” for its various cardioprotective abilities. Prized for its ability to uplift and strengthen the heart both emotionally and physically, the hawthorn berry has been used for centuries as a natural remedy for all kinds of serious heart concerns. These include angina, high blood pressure, hardening of the arteries, irregular heartbeat, and even congestive heart failure.
Chamomille flower -Chamomile has been used as an herbal remedy since the time of Hippocrates, the father of medicine, in 500 BC. The list of conditions for which it's been used is extensive. A 2016 study found that taking 500 milligrams of chamomile extract three times a day for 12 weeks significantly reduced moderate-to-severe symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder, one of the most common anxiety disorders. In addition to soothing anxiety, research shows chamomile extract may also have antidepressant effects as well.
Linden flower-As far back as the middle ages, people used various parts of the linden tree (also called “lime flower”) — such as in linden tea — for their natural ability to promote perspiration and detoxification, reduce pain, and decrease anxiety. One traditional use of linden was “quelling hysteria” and decreasing anxiety-related symptoms, such as indigestion, heart palpitations, and vomiting. -
Licorice root - Licorice has become synonymous with a strong candy flavor, but the herb itself — Glycyrrhiza glabra — has very different strengths. When looking at the varied compounds in licorice and their clear benefits, it’s not surprising that this ancient herb has lasted through the centuries! Just a few indications for licorice root include heartburn, leaky gut, adrenal fatigue, PMS, and pain relief.
