Living with chronic headaches can take over your life. I myself have suffered from chronic headaches for years. A chronic doll ache behind my left eye that never really goes away. As all headaches suffer, we have good days, and we have bad days. Our headache and migraine formula is meant to give you relief and act as an addition to your regiment.  I personally use it in conjunction with the migraine oil.  I find after my first, second dose that my job begins to unclench, my shoulders begin to relax, and the ache at the base of my skull gets looser.

Ingredients: fennel seed, white willow bark, California poppy leaf and flower, licorice root, vegetable glyceride, and distilled water. 1 oz

Fennel SeedFoeniculum vulgare, commonly known as fennel, is a flavorful culinary herb and medicinal plant. Fennel can help to eliminate the cytokines that are accountable for arthritic pain and help to heal the fractured bones. It’s also utilized as a fast treatment for serious headaches and migraines.

White Willow Bark-White willow trees (Salix alba) grow a bark that contains the chemical called salicin, which has anti-inflammatory effects. Salicin works in similar ways as acetylsalicylic acid, the active ingredient in aspirin. In fact, in the 1800s, salicin was used to develop aspirin.

California poppy leaf and flower - California poppy (Eschscholzia California), the state flower of California, is native to the Pacific slope of North America from Western Oregon to Baja California. California poppy is used alone or in combination with other herbs for anxiety, trouble sleeping, aches, nervous agitation, and many other conditions. Still, there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses.

Licorice root - Licorice has become synonymous with a strong candy flavor, but the herb itself — Glycyrrhiza glabra — has very different strengths. When looking at the varied compounds in licorice and their clear benefits, it’s not surprising that this ancient herb has lasted through the centuries! Just a few indications for licorice root include heartburn, leaky gut, adrenal fatigue, PMS, and pain relief.
